Presence Consulting is ready to assist you in the full software development life cycle.
This includes examining the business process, gathering requirements, and translating that
into a sound technical design, including development, testing, and deployment. Our specialty
is in Microsoft .NET technologies; we can help you reap the maximum benefits of utilizing Iron
Speed Designer.
Presence Consulting has Iron Speed Designer hands-on experience that goes back as far
as V2.X, so we have the know-how to help you implement “the solution” and efficiently
incorporate necessary code customizations. In addition, to enhance usability, look, and
feel, we can integrate a number of third-party controls, for example, Dundas Chart and
Infragistics.

- Data Modeling, Database Design, and Performance Tuning
It is indisputable that a solid database design serves as one of the most important foundations
of an application. Our strength is two-fold: we study the existing business process to formulate
a good, normalized database design, and we evaluate the current database model to make appropriate
modifications. We can also help you fine-tune your databases.
- Business Process & Forms Management
How do you deal with field workers who need to submit data in an offline environment?
Or business users who only want to work with MS Word-like forms?
Corporations are piled with forms for regulatory, compliance, operational, checks and
balances reasons. Presence Consulting has a solution to make the process and data storage
more efficient by using Microsoft InfoPath and SQL Server. We have experience developing
complicated forms, including Master/Detail inventory forms to store data appropriately in
our normalized database for reporting and trend analysis.
We also have a framework developed that allows users to store forms locally during offline
inspection, and then submit saved forms when a connection becomes available.
- Project Management
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), my development team and I adhere to
project management best practices, and have led a number of successful projects. We help our
clients steer projects back on track, re-define scope and prioritize action items. We have a
solid understanding of critical path/PM methodologies and are proficient in MS Project. This
enables us to help our clients visualize and predict project progress. We also assist clients
in exploring the flexibility in task sequencing to shorten project time frame and bring their
project in or under budget.
