What you get

  • Iron Speed Designer is delivered online in electronic format only. No physical box or disk will be shipped.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please evaluate our Free Edition before buying. We also provide free technical support for 15 days the first time you use Free Edition.

Iron Speed Designer Software Update Subscription
A software update subscription ensures you always have the most current release of Iron Speed Designer during the term of your subscription.

What you get
  • Receive all versions released during your subscription period.
  • Free Fundamentals training during your subscription period. (Enterprise Edition only)
  • You can use each software release perpetually. However, a software update subscription guarantees you'll receive new features and bug fixes when they're released.
  • Note: You will not be able to activate new versions released after your subscription expires.
Subscription term
  • Your subscription period begins when you order and includes the current shipping version of Iron Speed Designer.
  • You can renew your subscription anytime. If you have a currently active subscription, we'll append your new subscription to the existing one so they flow 'back to back'.
  • Contact us for a custom quote if you'd like to synchronize multiple subscriptions so they end on the same date.

Multi-Seat Orders
We offer discounts when you purchase multiple seats of Iron Speed Designer. Discounts apply only at the time the order is placed. Multi-seat pricing is not cumulative across multiple purchases.

Moving Your License to Another Machine
The Iron Speed Designer software license permits one named user to run on one machine. Paste your product key into the Activate Iron Speed Designer dialog to activate your license.

You can move your license from one machine to another by uninstalling the software on the first machine and installing it on the second machine. You must be connected to the Internet to move your license to another machine. Uninstalling the software automatically deactivates the license if your system is connected to the internet. You cannot deactivate when offline, i.e., when your machine is not connected to the Internet.

Backing Up your Installation and License
Your software activation is the core of your product license and you must protect it. Iron Speed does not issue additional activations, but we make it very easy for you to protect it.

Don't let a machine crash slow you down! Please back up your installation folder after installing Iron Speed Designer. For example, if Iron Speed Designer was installed in

C:\Program Files\Iron Speed\Designer v6.2.1

... then back up this folder on your backup device. If your hard disk crashes, you can restore this backup folder to the rebuilt drive and be back running in a jiffy.

Restoring your Installation and License
Your Iron Speed Designer software license is tied to your machine name and the signature of your machine. When the backup folder is restored to the machine with the same name, no further activation is required to run Iron Speed Designer.

If the backup folder is restored to a machine with a different name, the license within the folder is invalidated and Iron Speed Designer will only start in the Free Edition mode. You can enter a newly purchased Professional Edition or Enterprise Edition product key to start Iron Speed Designer on the new machine.
